Q: I would like to register with the site, how do I receive a password?A: Register your name with us and we will return a password to you by e-mail.
Q: What if I forget my password? Can I get it reset?A: If you forget your login or password and wish to have it reset - contact our Customer Service Centre during business hours on 1300 138 067. Your assigned Customer Consultants Members will reset your password. Otherwise, enter your e-mail address in the login and press reset and a new password will be resent.
Q: How do I know that you have received my order?A: When you place an order via our confirmation process, we will reply shortly after to confirm receipt. This receipt includes what products have been released for delivery. If at this stage your order is firmly recorded in our internal database system and is made ready for dispatch.
Q: If I change my mind, can I add or delete items from my order?
A: Before an order is sent to us, orders can be easily changed through the order confirmation process. Any order adjustment will be reflected in the unit price charged. Smart Supplies offers a very efficient delivery system for orders all over Australia. Once your order is received it is processed quickly and shipped out. If you want to cancel or change your order, please let us know as soon as possible, by calling our Customer Service Centre on 1300 138 067. We will check the status of your order and attempt to make the necessary changes. All orders we process receive an order confirmation and once you have received this, the order can not be amended as your order has already been packed and in the process of being shipped. Q: If I choose to use my Credit Card how do you collect my information?A: We have a secure payments option whereby the data is encrypted across a secure server. Another option available to you is our "Phone Order" option. This is exactly what we do - phone you to obtain the details. On our payment confirmation page these options are available to you.
